Position: Plant Head

We are a growing Nutraceutical Manufacturing company looking for dynamic and professional person to manage the facility located at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Job Description:

• Production Planning and execution with high-quality parameters
• Ensure Compliance with all regulatory requirements (e.g. FSSAI, GPCB, Safety norms, etc.)
• ERP Implementation and driving Digital initiatives for the company
• Accurate Costing for Products
• New Product development, testing and approvals
• Designing and implementation of SOPs for various Departments (e.g. P2P, Production, Stores, O2C, Maintenance etc.).
• Effective Resource planning and timely dispatch of products
• Ensure Proper maintenance of the Assets/Machineries
• Cost Optimisation Initiatives for facility
• Interaction with New/existing Customers for all kind of troubleshooting
• Driving new initiatives for reduction in production Loss
• Team Management and Team Development for smooth operations at Facility

Qualities, Requirements, and Skills:

• A Team Leader with tough mental mindset to drive growth of the company
• “The Task Master” – To meet Customer requirement
• 12+ years of experience of Production out of which 3+ years of leadership role
• Prior Experience with all Product types such as Tablets, Effervescent tablets, capsules, syrups, powder, sachets, gummies etc.
• Prior experience of 2+ years in Nutraceutical industry
• Should be familiar with Industry ERP software
• Problem-solving attitude
• Well versed with applicable Regulation requirements of the Nutraceutical industry
