
Position: Channel Sales Manager

Products: Safety Solutions ( head protection, hearing protection, fall protection, respiratory protection, mining solution, and fire rescue equipment)
Package: 4.0 LPA - 6.0 LPA
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Channel Partner Management:
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's reach and market presence.
• Establish strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing necessary support, training, and resources to enhance their sales capabilities.
• Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint business plans, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to assess performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions when needed.
Sales Planning and Execution:
• Develop comprehensive channel sales plans and strategies aligned with the company's overall sales objectives.
• Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration between direct sales and channel sales activities.
• Set sales targets and monitor performance against key metrics, providing regular reports and updates to the management team.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
Relationship Management:
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within channel partner organizations, including executives, sales teams, and support staff.
• Act as a primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing their inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align channel strategies and drive business growth
