PROFILE DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
You would have to prepare potential concept design and creative direction for variety of design concepts. 
• You would have to co-ordinate for designing. 
• You would have to take organized approach for document’s record. 
• You would have to support the execution of the projects as per design and time frame.
• You would have to lead a team of Architects for preparation of design drawings and related construction documents as per company formats. 
• You would have to list out the complete project meetings on a weekly basis for successful task completions along with the preliminary completion schedules and meeting requirements. 
• You would have to understand the factors of tolerance for completion and non-completion.
• You would also have to source and innovate strategies for task completions. 
• You would have to identify the finite and ambiguous decisions within the project to help categorize the total decisions for successful task completion. 
• You would have to understand and identify the complete functional requirements for all types of corporate, residential interiors, commercial and hotel interiors. 
• You would have to prepare alternate layouts for complete functional interior space utility. 
• You would have to manage the completion from concept to design of project completion.
• You would have to prepare detailed complete specifications for the complete interiors. 
• You would also have to prepare BOQ along with basic estimation of the project. 
• You would have to manage and interact with all the necessary agencies and vendors for the successful project execution and time bound completion. 
• You would have to innovate new techniques using technology with a variety of ideas for better space use and interior performance. 
• You would have to be well-versed with interior construction materials and execution methods for innovative design.
