Description:

The HR Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire Human Resources department, providing leadership and strategic direction. This role involves managing HR personnel across various locations, ensuring legal compliance, and actively participating in the design and implementation of HR systems and processes. The ideal candidate should have a background in manufacturing, with experience in organizations with a workforce exceeding 2000 employees.

Roles & Responsibilities:
•    Oversee and supervise HR personnel at all locations, ensuring effective performance in alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
•    Provide guidance on HR matters, Design SOP and contribute to the development of HR strategies.
•    Lead the timely recruitment of new employees, particularly at the senior level.
•    Assist in all aspects of the increment and promotion processes.
•    Collaborate with management in formulating HR policies, procedures, and systems to enhance transparency and understanding.
•    HR Circulars /MIS: HR Circulars as and when required.
•    Exercise control over payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
•    Process and settle insurance claims and provide required management information systems (MIS).
•    Ensure compliance with legal requirements and handle employee dispute resolution across all locations.
•    Engage in HR Compliance like PF, ESIC and local Liasoning also update the Quarterly and Yearly Return.
•    Looks after Employee Engagement Activities
•    Ensuring & monitoring smooth functioning of all the activities pertaining to Contract Labour Management.

Desired Candidate Profile
•    Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with a background in manufacturing.
•    Proven track record in HR leadership roles, especially in organizations with over 2000 employees.
•    Strong knowledge of HR systems, legal compliance, and talent management.
•    Ability to handle challenging roles and contribute to the growth of the organization.
•    Strong Verbal & Written Communication
•    Involves travel to different locations as and when required.
