Description:

• Any graduate + LLB having 5-8 years of Experience in the construction business

• Basic knowledge for preparation and execution of agreements to sell, sale deed for scheme, Affidavits, commercial contracts and agreements, legal documents which he can Draft, Review, Negotiate and modify
• Can handle the registration process of Sale Deed & Agreement to Sell at Sub Registrar office.
• Knowledge of NA process and Revenue entry registration at Revenue Offices.
• Responsible for providing responses regulatory authorities and reviewing internal process to ensure compliance of relevant laws regulations.
• Review process of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.
• Should have knowledge of alternate project delivery methods.
• Should have experience putting together discovery plans and executing same.
• Must have excellent writing skills; motions, depositions, and letters regarding construction litigation issues.
• Should have ability to interface with the client, bank and legal consultants  and convey a level of professionalism and competence in terms of both the legal issues and the strategic practical issues in construction litigation.
