Description:

• Should have good experience in projects.
• Identify opportunities for the project.
• Prepare & Deliver presentations to Landowners / Companies.
• Ensure physical inspection of sites.
• Filter out proposals received from Companies, landowners, and housing societies and make customization and submit it to Management for approval.
• Have an update of Current Development Control Regulations available FSI in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar
• Prepare and present the project feasibility/cashflows/revenue statement to the management.
• Prepare various reports as per the format of the financial institutions when required.
• Tender management and ensure new business generation from the said tender.
• Work in conjunction with Legal departments to map out additional documents required from Internal / External agencies for due diligence of land
• Timely submission of MIS to Management.
