Position Overview:

As a SAP Core User specializing in the Finance and Controlling (FICO) module, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of SAP and ensuring its smooth operation within the organization. You will collaborate closely with the implementation team, end users, and other stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the FICO module. Your responsibilities will include providing support during the implementation, training end users, assisting with master data cleansing, and performing various related tasks to ensure the effective utilization of the FICO module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation Support: Assist the implementation team in configuring and customizing the SAP FICO module from the company side regarding data and other things.
• End User Training: Deliver / Assist training programs to educate end users on the functionality and features of the SAP FICO module. Conduct workshops, create training materials, and provide handson guidance to ensure users can effectively utilize the system.
• Master Data Cleansing: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and rectify inconsistencies or inaccuracies in the FICO module's master data.
• User Support: Provide ongoing support to end users by troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and addressing user requests related to the FICO module. Ensure prompt resolution of user problems to minimize disruptions and optimize system performance.
• System Testing and Documentation: Participate in system testing activities to validate the functionality and performance of the FICO module. Document test cases, test results, and system configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and support future maintenance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other SAP Core Users and functional teams (such as procurement, sales, and production) to ensure integration and alignment of the FICO module with other modules and business processes. Foster effective communication and coordination to achieve overall organizational goals.
