Position Details: Executive: Pre-sales and Lead Management

Description:
Manage leads of prospective clients from the corporate website, property portals, social media, and other marketing channels.
Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to buyers.
Educate the customer about our current portfolio of projects and book appointments for site visits.
Handling calls for Pre-sales marketing related to project inquiries, guiding customers with directions, sharing
project-related information, etc.
Understanding client needs and proposing solutions that suit them best
Proactively following up with leads generated
Follow quality parameters set by the organization
Generate site visit prospects over the phone
Coordinate with the sales team for all the projects and monitor site visits to ensure maximum lead conversion.
Maintaining an accurate database of call records and presenting them on a timely basis.
Managing all systems of prospect clients, lead generation, database management, and back office support.
Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports of leads
received and work done on prospective clients.
Directing all activities required to achieve walk-in numbers to the site.
