Position Details: Executive: Pre-sales and Lead Management

Description:

  • Manage leads of prospective clients from the corporate website, property portals, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to buyers.
  • Educate the customer about our current portfolio of projects and book appointments for site visits.
  • Handling calls for Pre-sales marketing related to project inquiries, guiding customers with directions, sharing
  • project-related information, etc.
  • Understanding client needs and proposing solutions that suit them best
  • Proactively following up with leads generated
  • Follow quality parameters set by the organization
  • Generate site visit prospects over the phone
  • Coordinate with the sales team for all the projects and monitor site visits to ensure maximum lead conversion.
  • Maintaining an accurate database of call records and presenting them on a timely basis.
  • Managing all systems of prospect clients, lead generation, database management, and back office support.
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports of leads
  • received and work done on prospective clients.
  • Directing all activities required to achieve walk-in numbers to the site.
