
Job Details
• Administer online purchasing systems bases on demand and maintain min stock level of products where required
• Conduct research to find the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality
• liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and
• Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
• Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
• Process payments and invoices
• Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers keep contract files and use them as reference for the future
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
• Excellent listening verbal and written communication skills
• Commercial awareness
• Strong analytical ability
• Proficient in MS office and internet savvy
