Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing quality standards as per ISO.
• Monitoring and evaluating quality performance.
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
• Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
• Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
• Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.
• Developing and implementing quality control systems.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Must have in-depth knowledge in Quality Standards, Control and Procedures in Construction Industry.
• Capable of preparing Quality Control Manuals, generation of day-to-day reports etc.
• Good knowledge in Building Construction.
• Familiar with bye-laws, Industry standards.
• Should have good understanding for the above said requirements and must be willing to coordinate with site teams.
• Should have good knowledge in site execution works.
• Should be proactive and able to work independently.
• Making site visits to check and assure quality.
• Travel to meet clients as and when required.
• Software skills (MS Office, ERP)
