Job Profile 
 Chemical & Microbiological analysis of raw materials. 
 Chemical and Microbiological analysis of intermediate products, and Finished Goods and Packing 
materials as per protocol. 
 Water analysis. 
 Environment monitoring. 
 Ensure hygienic condition in laboratory area and suggest necessary corrective and preventive measures. 
 Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets. 
 Provide weekly and monthly reports to superior. 
 Keeping quality documentation up to date. 
 Maintaining of Control Samples & Retain Samples (Raw materials & Finished Products) 
 Instrument calibration & it’s record maintenance.
