Work Experience: Site Project Execution and Maintenance Experience must, AutoCAD & Excel Preferred. Design firm working is preferred.  
Knowledge of the following details.
1. Site Execution as per design
2. Coordination with Contractor and Vendor
3. MEP design calculation, costing, Budgeting
4. Value engineering points before execution
5. Preparation of Techno-Commercial Comparative
6. Preparation of BOQ and quantity take out
7. Having interest in MEP detailing
8. Annual Operation and maintenance Budget preparation
9. Maintenance of following Equipments.  
a. GOD & HT Line Maintenance
b. DG Set
c. Transformer
d. HT & LT Panels  
e. UPS – Inverter maintenance
f. Chiller & Compressor
g. AC Units
h. Elevators
i. Electrical General maintenance
j. Plumbing & FFTG General maintenance
k. Bore, Pumps, STP, WTP
l. CCTV, Data, Telephone etc maintenance
m. Preventive maintenance of all above Equipment’s and costing related to same
