
Would also have to prepare tender documents by adding special and general conditions of contracts float them to the prequalified contractors and evaluate them technically and commercially.
Would have to get rates of various items and analyze them with rate analysis, BOQ?s and specifications from the respective consultants.
Would have to help the management to award the work, check for all the compliances as per contract terms and conditions and approve the extra items or quantity variation and project close out preferably without arbitration.
Would have to make selection criteria of contractor for approval of Management.
Would have to prepare estimates, budgets and timescales including tracking.
Would have to identify the areas for improvement in existing contract processes.
Would have to co-ordinate for Non disclosure agreements, Sales / Purchase agreements, contractors, Consulting agreements, Licensing agreements, Master agreements, review of customer proposed terms and conditions.
You would have to maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
Would have to develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
You must have to ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
Would have to handle on-going issues (Variance, time extension, extra items), Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.)
Would also have to ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.
Can clarify details and doubts incase of discrepancy between specification and drawings and non-feasibility of Item shown in the drawing from the Consultants.
Would Co-ordinate with site for requirement of Assets. i.e. for Asset management (For Asset items and machineries).
